Iran delegation had no intention of entering the nuclear issue from the beginning, and dealing with the nuclear issue was basically not among the determined strategies of the Iranian negotiating team;
Also, been mentioned one of the reasons for the impasse in the first round of negotiations in Islamabad is the issue of suspending enrichment, which is the principle of the issue, but the Iranian delegation did not have a basis for negotiations in this regard.
The American side raised the issue in these negotiations, but the Iranian delegation kept the issue silent and passed it by.
