BP (BP/ LN) - The Telegraph writes that the BP board are under pressure from shareholders following the ousting of Chairman Manifold. One shareholder spoke to the Telegraph, suggesting that the "entire board... needs to make a collective ‘soul search’ and learn any lessons". (BP) 

BNP Paribas (BNP FP) - BNP Paribas presents the growth strategy of its commercial bank in Belgium (CPBB) and raises its profitability targets to 22% pre-tax RONE in 2028 and 25% in 2030. (BNP Paribas) 

Equinor (EQNR NO)  - Chair Jon Erik Reinhardsen to resign from the board of directors. The committee recommends that the company's corporate assembly elect Jarle Roth as the new chair. (Equinor) 

easyJet (EZJ LN) - Co. says it has not received a proposal from Castlelake. Notes that under Rule 6 of the Code, Castlelake would be required to make an offer at no less than 403.23 pence per share. There can be no certainty that any offer will be made, nor as to the terms of any offer. (easyJet) Follows reports that Castlelake were in the early stages of mulling a takeover offer for easyJet.  

Hays (HAS LN) - Co. announces a share buyback programme to purchase ordinary shares in the Company up to a total consideration of GBP 5mln. (Hays) 

Serco (SRP LN) - Reports suggested that Andy Burnham would rip up asylum hotel contracts if he were PM, The Times reports. (The Times) 

Siemens Energy (SIE GY)  / EQT (EQT SS) - EQT sets target fund size for EQT Infrastructure VII at EUR 21 billion. (cision)

Saint Gobain (SGO FP) - Divests HKO to the Dubag Group; terms undisclosed. (Saint Gobain) 

UK House Prices - UK Nationwide Housing Prices YoY (May) Y/Y 1.7% (Prev. 3%); Nationwide Housing Prices MoM (May) M/M -0.6% (Prev. 0.4%). (Nationwide)
