easyJet (EZJ LN) - easyJet board and Castlelake announce that they have reached an agreement in principle on the key financial terms of a recommended cash offer. easyJet now gets GBP 6.90/shr increased possible cash offer proposal from Castlelake (c. 6% high vs prev.
