EVs, Stellantis (STLAM IM/STLAP FP) - Mexican President Sheinbaum unveiled the Olinia Uno, a six-seat government-backed EV prototype designed for urban short trips, at a ceremony near Mexico City. The passenger vehicle is expected to sell for approximately MXN 150,000, with sales targeted for summer 2027. A cargo model prototype is due in July. Sheinbaum noted that Mexico plans to install 2-3k charging stations across Mexico City, and two adjoining states by end of next year.
