Capita (CPI LN) - UK OFGEM closes probe into the procurement practices of Smart DCC; a fine of GBP 200k was noted. (Capita) 

IG (IGG LN) - H1 2026 (GBP): Expects Total Revenue of c. GBP 643mln, +18% Y/Y. Guidance: The Group continued to trade well in Q2 2026 and expects full-year results in line with market expectations. Reiterates guidance. New Strategic Review: IG announces a proposal to establish a new Group holding company ("New HoldCo"), incorporated in Jersey, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval. Shares to remain listed on the London Stock Exchange, and employees remain unaffected. Three of its regional commercial divisions - UK & Ireland, Europe, and APAC & Middle East - will be combined into a single commercial business unit, led by Michael Healy, who will become CEO, IG Consumer. Jet 2 (JET2 LN) - FY 2026 (GBP): Revenue 7.48bln (prev. 7.17bln Y/Y). Notes that summer 2026 on-sale capacity is 7.7% ahead of Summer 2025. Reduced geopolitical uncertainty has led to strong booking momentum in recent weeks. The Group remains confident in the resilience of demand as it continues to invest in load factor. Announces a new GBP 250mln share buyback programme. (Jet2) 

Severn Trent (SVT LN) - UK OFWAT finds the Co. in breach of wastewater obligations; no financial penalty. (Severn Trent)

Segro (SGRO LN) - Q1 Trading Update: strong operational performance during the first quarter with GBP 23mln of new headline rent contracted, including GBP 12mln of development lettings; advancing data centre strategy with the signing of a powered shell pre-let, securing planning for first fully fitted data centre and progressing power upgrades. Vistry (VTY LN) - H1 2026 (GBP): Home completions 6100 (prev. 6,889 Y/Y). The Group expects to deliver a modest profit before taxation in H1 of c.GBP 20mln. Affirms guidance.  CFO Tim Lawlor is to step down. (Vistry)
