easyJet (EZJ LN) - The Co. and Apollo announce that they have reached an agreement in principle on the key financial terms of a possible cash offer. easyJet shareholders would be entitled to receive GBP 7.15/shr (vs Thursday's close GBP 5.88/shr). Details: The Proposed Cash Offer values the fully diluted ordinary share capital of easyJet at approximately GBP 5.7bln and represents a significant premium of: a) 81 per cent. to easyJet’s closing share price of £3.94 per easyJet share as at the close of business on 28 May 2026. b) 22 per cent. to easyJet’s share price of £5.88 per easyJet share.
