Zalando (ZAL GY) - Germany's BaFin has concluded its review of the Co.'s 2025 financial statements. BaFin found that information was omitted from the notes, however this is a purely formal and materially insignificant aspect of the notes to the financial statements. No fine was imposed. (Zalando)
