easyJet (EZJ LN) - Castlelake reportedly announces that it has submitted three non-binding indicative proposals to the easyJet Board to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of easyJet. A first proposal (worth 560p/shr) was rejected by the Board on 16 June 2026. A second bid proposal (worth 600p/shr) was also rejected, on 20 June 2026. A third bid (worth 625p/shr) was rejected on 21 June. Castlelake asks easyJet to consider its merits and provide their views on the latest bid. (easyJet)
