- "Airbus is in advanced negotiations to acquire Grupo Masa, a Spanish aerostructures manufacturer controlled by the Estancona family and in which the Spanish private equity firm ProA Capital also holds a stake. The valuation of the companies involved in the deal exceeds €300 million, according to market sources."
