The bank notes that Lumentum underperformed peers by 40% in the last three months and has seen multiple compressions on the thesis that scale-up co-packaged optics is somehow pushed out. Barclays believes the company's underlying fundamentals remain strong and likes the stock's risk/reward on the recent pullback. Meanwhile, Barclays says that Auto remains the largest piece of Allegro's business, and Street estimates could be too high.
