• EssilorLuxottica (EL FP) -1.0%: CEO has reportedly streamlined senior management following a bust-up with the founder's son, and as the Co. pushes into North America, the FT reports.
• Novartis (NOVN SW) -5.3%: Pelacarsen phase III Lp(a) HORIZON trial did not meet its primary endpoints.

• Iveco Group (IVG IM): Tata Motors (TMCV IS) has launched an open offer for Iveco Group shares at EUR 14.10/shr, valuing the Italian commercial vehicle manufacturer at around EUR 3.82bln.
