COMMENTARY:
- CEO says demand was relatively similar to FY25, despite greater consumer uncertainty and housing affordability pressure.
- CFO says the homeowner is perhaps more financially protected than other consumer cohorts, so HD continues to see engagement.
GUIDANCE:
- Reaffirms FY26 guidance for total sales growth about 2.5%-4.5%, comparable sales growth about flat to 2.0% (exp. 1.4%), EPS growth about flat to 4.0% from 14.23 and, adj. EPS growth about flat to 4.0% from 14.69.
