• Negotiations for a final agreement between America and Iran can be extended by mutual consent.
• The Security Council will adopt the final agreement between America and Iran as soon as it is reached.
• Establishing a mechanism to ensure the successful implementation of the memorandum of understanding between America and Iran.

Forces/Nuclear Weapons

• America will withdraw its forces from the vicinity of Iran within 30 days of the final agreement.
• Iran committed in the text of the memorandum of understanding not to acquire nuclear weapons.

Frozen funds

• The memorandum of understanding does not include the release of frozen Iranian funds upon signing.
• The release of Iran's frozen funds will depend on progress towards a final agreement.

Sanctions & Oil sales

• America will not impose new sanctions on Iran during final agreement negotiations
• America will issue exemptions for all services related to the sale of Iranian crude.
• America will issue exemptions for Iranian oil exports immediately after the agreement is signed.
• America will allow Iran to sell oil immediately under the agreement
