Mehr News Agency details the 14-article draft agreement between Iran and the US:

Permanent and immediate cessation of the war on all fronts, including Lebanon.
The US commits to non-interference in Iran’s internal affairs and to respect the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Complete lifting of the naval blockade within 30 days.
The US commits to withdrawing its forces from around Iran.
Reopening the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days under Iranian arrangements.
Suspension of sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products and derivatives, alongside full Iranian access to its financial resources.
The US and its allies are required to submit Iran reconstruction plans worth at least USD 300bln.
A 60-day negotiation period to reach a final agreement focused on nuclear issues, the full lifting of primary and secondary US sanctions, and the removal of relevant UN Security Council and IAEA Board of Governors resolutions.
Iran reiterates its commitment under the NPT not to produce nuclear weapons.
During the negotiation period, the US commits not to deploy additional forces to the region or impose new sanctions.
Release of USD 24bln in frozen Iranian funds during the 60-day negotiation period, with half to be made available before talks begin.
Establishment of a monitoring mechanism to oversee implementation of the agreement.
The final agreement is to be approved through a UN Security Council resolution.
Final negotiations will not begin until half of Iran’s frozen funds are released, oil-related sanctions are suspended, and the naval blockade is lifted. The final agreement will focus solely on enriched material and enrichment, sanctions relief, and Iran’s economic reconstruction programme, while discussions on Iran’s missile programme and support for resistance groups have been removed from the agenda.
