Text framework:

1- Ending the war and military operations of the US and its allies on all fronts, including Lebanon. Guaranteeing the sovereignty and respect for the territorial integrity of Lebanon.
2- Commitment of the parties to respect each other's national sovereignty and territorial integrity, avoiding the use of force, and prohibiting interference in each other's internal affairs.
3- US commitment to ending the naval blockade of Iran.
4- US commitment to remove its military forces from Iran's surroundings.
5- Iran's commitment to reopening the Strait of Hormuz and taking the necessary measures for safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz, in cooperation with Oman.
6- Iran's decision to take the necessary measures in cooperation with Oman and consulting with regional countries on how to manage shipping traffic in the Strait of Hormuz.
7- Iran’s commitment not to produce or purchase nuclear weapons.
8- US commitment to lift all types of unilateral sanctions against Iran (primary and secondary), Security Council and Board of Governors resolutions after the final agreement.
9- Iran and US commitment to start negotiations on the two issues of sanctions relief and nuclear issues, immediately after signing the Memorandum of Understanding. Future enrichment and nuclear needs will be resolved in the final agreement.
10- Issuance of necessary scrap for the sale of Iranian oil, petrochemicals and derivatives. Immediate exemptions from US sanctions for Iranian oil, oil products, derivatives and all related banking, insurance, shipping and commercial services.
11- US and regional partners’ $300 billion plan for reconstruction and development in Iran.
12-Release of frozen or restricted Iranian funds and assets.13- Establishment of an enforcement mechanism to monitor the implementation of the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding and the final agreement.14- Approval of the final agreement in accordance with a binding UN Security Council resolution.
