On Monday morning, the text of the memorandum of understanding for a definitive end to the war on all fronts, including Lebanon, was finalized. Within this framework, this memorandum will officially enter the implementation phase on Friday, June 19. The mechanism for formalizing the agreement is still being reviewed by decision-making authorities in the country.
