The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has determined to proceed with full five-year reviews regarding countervailing and antidumping duty orders on common alloy aluminum sheet (CAAS).
- The reviews will determine if revoking existing duty orders on imports from 17 countries—including Bahrain, Brazil, Germany, India, Italy, and Turkey—would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to the domestic industry.
