The latest TIC Flow data shows a net increase in foreign holdings of US Treasury bonds, rising by USD 13.5 billion in March, which suggests a solid demand for US debt despite a prior increase of only USD 2.6 billion.

Notably, while the UK has boosted its holdings, Japan and China have reduced theirs, potentially indicating shifts in foreign investor sentiment that could impact the dollar and yield dynamics moving forward.
