US Trade Representative Greer says he spoke with President Trump regarding Brazil, adds Brazil is doing all kinds of things

Says:

• Separate probe is underway on Vietnam's intellectual property, and an agreement was reached on export controls. 
• Moving quickly on Section 301 probes, which are on their own track.
• Forced labour probe action could come within the next couple of weeks. 
• China's compliance with rare earths pact, not perfect but not complicating Section 301 probe.
• Russian sanctions bill is in a good place with the outcome expected in the coming days.
