This informed source said: Clause 13 of the understanding relates to the fact that until some other clauses of the understanding are implemented, negotiations on the final agreement, i.e. the nuclear issue, will not take place.

He noted: Until the last day of the negotiations, clause 13 included clauses 4, 5, 10 and 11; clause 4 relates to the lifting of the naval blockade, clause 5 relates to the beginning of the opening of the Strait of Hormuz, clause 10 relates to the lifting of sanctions related to the sale of Iranian oil, petrochemicals and derivatives, and also clause 11 relates to the beginning of the release of Iranian frozen assets.
