Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei says the type and range of Iranian missiles have nothing to do with US, Fars reports.
What it means
Khamenei's statement emphasizes Iran's missile capabilities as independent from U.S. influence, which could heighten tensions and lead to further geopolitical instability in the region. This rhetoric may have implications for oil prices, particularly WTI, as increased risk can bolster demand for safe-haven assets, and investors might react by adjusting their positions in energy markets accordingly.
